THE BASIC PRINCIPLES OF KNAFEH CHOCOLATE

A review by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Consumer Defense examined eight imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', 5 within the UAE and 3 from Turkey. It observed that each one eight samples ended up thought of "defective". 5 in the goods sampled contained fats apart from cocoa butter, which isn't permitted in items labelled "chocolate" in Germa
